On Sunday, the Dallas Renegades will make their XFL season debut at Globe Life Park against the St. Louis BattleHawks.
And now fans know who will start for the Renegades at quarterback.
The Renegades announced on Saturday that former East Carolina quarterback Philip Nelson, whom the team drafted in October, will get the start in the season opener.

In his last season at East Carolina in 2016, Nelson threw for 2,621 yards and 16 touchdowns while completing 67.9% of his passes.
