Google Docs is down, it’s not just youGoogle Drive is down, Google Docs is down, and a couple of other services from Google are down at the moment, too.
Google’s own Service Outage reports suggest that many users aren’t able to properly access Google Sheets or Google Slides, either.
It would appear that Chicago, Minneapolis, Denver, Salt Lake City, and Portland also had concentrated reports of down-time or general issues with Google Drive and/or Google Docs this morning.
Google Drive reports were officially acknowledged by Google at 12:30 PM Pacific Time, January 27, 2020.
At that time, Google reported “The problem with Google Drive should be resolved.” They also included a note: “We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support.
