Valerie Bertinelli is hitting reset on her life.
The actress, 59, will be sharing her journey to weight loss and healthier mind-body outlook on her new series Start TODAY with Valerie.
Ahead of its Tuesday launch, Bertinelli opened up to NBC News’ Natalie Morales about her plans to get healthier.
After her father’s death in 2016, Bertinelli stepped in to care for her mother, who passed away last year.
