Meijer: Mexican Hot Chocolate Cookies; Baking with Meijer for the holidays

Now, it’s time to head to Meijer’s Test Kitchen to bring one more holiday cookie recipe to the table.

Mexican Hot Chocolate CookiesIngredients2 cups Meijer All-Purpose Flour2/3 cup cocoa powder1 Tbsp cinnamon2 tsp Meijer Baking Soda1 tsp salt1 cup (2 sticks) MEijer Unsalted Butter1 1/2 cups Meijer Granulated Sugar2 large eggs2 tsp vanilla extract11.5oz package Meijer Milk Chocolate Baking ChipsDircetionsPreheat oven to 350F and lightly grease a baking sheet.

Drop rounded tablespoons onto prepared baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until just set.
